  • I have received my order and would like to get the most out of my shears, how
    should I maintain them?

    Please refer to shear care guide that was included with your order.  Caring for your
    shears is an important practice in order to get the best performance and longest life
    out of your shears.  Not caring for your shears can also void your Kamisori warranty.

  • How often should I have my shears sharpened?

    The number of haircuts you can expect from each sharpening varies widely. The
    major factors that have an impact are; the quality of steel in your scissors blade, the
    care you take of your scissors, the amount of dry hair, dirty hair, chemically treated
    hair and course hair you cut.  Sometimes a Kamisori shear needs to be sharpened
    after only 5 months but other times you won't need it for years!  If are unsure please
    contact us and we will be glad to help you.

  • I would like to sharpen/service my Kamisori Shears, where should I go?

  • Do you sell parts?

    Yes we do sell parts.

  • HELP! I dropped my shears.  I would still like to use my Kamisori Shears, what
    can I do?

    We have a good housekeeping policy to further protect you against this.  Please
