- Kamisori shears are either made or finished in Japan, Korea or Canada. Wherever
the Kamisori shears are manufactured or finished, they must meet high standards of
steel quality and craftsmanship.
- What type of steel is used to make Kamisori Shears?
- We only choose the very highest types of steel to make Kamisori shears. Some are
V-10 Cobalt Japanese Alloy, Molybdenum Alloy Steel and Damascus Alloy.
- Do Kamisori products come with a lifetime warranty?
Yes. Aside from a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and one year drop warranty, we
also offer a lifetime warranty with every Kamisori product purchased from us. All
Kamisori shears are carefully welded part by part and hand honed for absolute best
performance and durability. Kamisori products are made from quality parts and
guaranteed to work free of faulty workmanship and parts for life. Our shears are
designed to last and be sharpened over and over. Shears that have been abused /
damaged by a non-authorized sharpener, shears that have been poorly maintained,
misused and/or over-worn will not be covered. It is extremely important to care for
your shears and maintain them as outlined in the care guide in order to received full
service.
- Is there a refund/exchange policy?
- Yes. Returns are accept within 30 days of purchase. The product(s) must not be
damaged or show signs of excessive wear or abuse.
If any product(s) is being returned an email must be sent to us prior to returning
it so we can reply back with return instructions along with a return authorization
number. Please remember that all orders MUST be shipped back within 30
days of purchase in order for us to issue a refund or exchange.
