  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes.  Buyers in US and Canada can take advantage of this current offer of free UPS shipping.

  • Why don't you offer free shipping to buyers outside the US and Canada?

    We would like to and we used to ship internationally for free through inexpensive postal
    service. However that method became very problematic with lost, damaged, delayed or stolen
    parcels on a regularly basis.  We decided it would be best to stop shipping overseas with the
    postal service and introduce a more faster and secure UPS international shipping. International
    UPS shipping costs are more and we must charge our buyers for their international shipping
    now.

  • How will my order be shipped if I decide to take advantage of your free shipping promo?  

    It will depend on your location and order, in most cases we will send it via UPS which takes 3-5
    business days.  For P.O boxes we must ship by postal service.  

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive if I decide to take advantage of your free
    shipping promo?  

    Most US and Canada orders usually take about 3-5 days business days to arrive, however this
    time frame is NOT guaranteed.  Once in a while delivery of goods can take longer due to
    customs and other delays.  If you need to have your order by a certain date or would like to
    receive faster shipping, we highly recommend upgraded shipping.

  • Will I receive a tracking # once my order has been dispatched?  

    Yes.  We will email you the tracking # once your order has been shipped.  If you do not have an
    email address, you can call us a couple days after your order for your tracking #.  

  • Where can I upgrade shipping?  

    During checkout.
