- To better serve our customers, we accept a variety of payment methods to best suit your needs. We currently accept all major
credit and debit cards, PayPal, money order/check and C.O.D (payment is made on delivery).
Shipping:
- Standard shipping is free on all orders being shipped to anywhere in the US and Canada. With free standard UPS shipping,
domestic and international orders usually take 3-5 business days to arrive. Once in a while delivery of goods can take a few days
longer due to customs delays especially on international orders. If you need to have your order by a certain date, we urge you to
upgrade to a faster shipping method which is available during checkout.. Shipping for North American orders can be upgraded to
UPS 3-day and UPS overnight for an additional cost.
We currently have two options for international shipping, UPS Expedited and UPS express. UPS Expedited takes approx. 3-5
business days and UPS express takes approx. 2-3 days.
To meet our high standards of service, regardless of volume, all orders are shipped out within 24 hours of order. If it is a
weekend or a holiday orders are shipped the very next business day.
International Shipping Note:
Please make note that for international orders sent, we are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may or may not be
charged by your country.
Sales Tax:
- Our main sales/shipping location is in Toronto, ON therefore Canada buyers will be charged a 5% GST and Ontario buyers will
be charged 13% GST & PST upon checkout . Buyers from anywhere else will NOT be charged any sales tax.
- Returns are accept within 30 days of purchase. The product(s) must not be damaged or show signs of excessive wear or abuse.
If any product(s) is being returned an email must be sent to us prior to returning it so we can reply back with return instructions
along with a return authorization number. On all orders of $1000 or more, there will be a 20% re-stocking fee. All orders MUST
be shipped back within 30 days of purchase in order for us to issue a refund or exchange.
- Personal and financial information
KAMISORI International is 100% committed to protecting your privacy online and offline. We will never ever give out, sell, rent or
transfer you personnel information to any individual or company. We use consumer information strictly for the sole purpose of
filling orders, providing order status, providing promotional information and enhancing our website.
Email Solicitation
Our customers will never receive any continual email solicitation from us (www.kamisorishears.com) , unless the customer
consents to the solicitation anywhere on our site, at the end of checkout, or through a double opt-in process. And, if the customer
does consent to receive email from us, we agree to have a simple unsubscribe option available, along with unsubscribe
instructions in every email.
- Disclosure to Third Parties:
We use third party service providers such as banks (if payment was made by money order or check) or delivery companies to
assist us in fulfilling your order. These companies use your information to authorize payment and to deliver your order to you.
Otherwise, we do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your personal information to third parties. The information you give us is
confidential, and will not be sold or given to any individual or company or organization. This is our simple promise to you.
