KAMISORI WARRANTY

All Kamisori shears are covered under our lifetime warranty unless specified otherwise.  Kamisori Shears are warranted to be completely free of material and workmanship defects. We will repair or replace any shears that we find are defective or malfunctions. Please note normal wear and tear, unauthorized sharpening, and abused or damaged products are not covered. Our warranty does not cover oxidation, rusting or contact with chemical or cleaning products unsuitable for metal shears. Shipping and handling both ways must be covered by the customer and is not the responsibility of Kamisori. 

PLEASE NOTE: Sharpening services are not included with any Kamisori Shear purchases. 

Drop Warranties are No-Longer Offered on Purchase made after 2020. 

Since our company began 15 years ago we have earned a positive recognition for our customer service and warranties so you are in good hands. However to take advantage of our return policy you must understand and accept our policy. The product(s) must not be damaged or show signs of excessive wear or abuse.

If any product(s) is being returned, an email must be sent to us prior to returning it, so we can reply back with return instructions along with a return authorization number if need be. All orders MUST be shipped back within 15 days from the date of order to the day it was placed in the mail, in order for us to issue a refund or exchange.

Shipping and handling of the product(s) to us must be covered by the customer and is not the responsibility of Kamisori. If an exchange is requested, shipping and handling must be covered by the customer to receive the new product(s). Please ensure that the product(s) is packaged well to avoid damage during shipping.

This is non-negotiable and Kamisori reserves the right to make the final call. This means that if the product(s) has/have been sent back following the 15 day time period, Kamisori reserves the right to refuse the parcel.

PLEASE NOTE: Clearance Items(Specials), Trade show purchases and all accessories are FINAL Sale. No refunds or exchanges are permitted. 

Selling your shears to another party or having your Kamisori Shears serviced by an unauthorized Sharpener will void all warranties.

For warranty claims, please email our customer service team at: [email protected] with your Order Number and the name your order was placed under. The customer service team normally responds in 1-2 business days. In the case reply is not received in a few days, please check your junk mail folder. 

RETURN POLICY

Returns must be sent back within 15 days of receipt. The product(s) must not be damaged or show signs of wear or abuse. The product(s) must be clean and all items (including any promotional items, the item’s case, etc.) must be returned. Everything returned must be in flawless condition if a refund is expected.

If any product(s) is being returned, an email must be sent to us prior to returning it so we can reply back with return instructions along with a return authorization number if need be.

Please ensure that the authorized return instructions have been read and followed before sending your parcel. All return parcels not correctly marked as per the authorized return instructions will be refused upon arrival.

All orders MUST be shipped back within 15 days from the date of purchase in order for us to issue a refund or exchange. This means that we must be able to determine the date that the return parcel was sent using the parcel’s tracking information. Please ensure that the product(s) is packaged well to avoid damage during shipping. If the product is found loose in the parcel and is damaged due to poor packing, no refunds or exchanges will be permitted.
